Privacy Policy of the
Shrine of Saint Jude Website

Dear Visitors:

WELCOME to our website!  Thank you so much for taking time from your busy schedule to visit our website which is devoted primarily to Catholic information and education as well as Catholic Devotions, Catholic Prayers including Novenas, Masses, the entire New Testament of the Catholic Douay-Rheims Bible, and our Apostolate of spreading the Testimonials of those people helped by Saint Jude as the result of Masses and/or Novenas made for their intentions here at the Shrine of Saint Jude.

In addition, you will also find lots of other information on this website, e.g. how to say the Rosary, data on the Third Secret of Fatima, God's Peace Plan, how the "protective shield" of Our Blessed Mother protected certain Catholic Priests at Hiroshima and Nagasaki from the severe ill effects of radiation when the U.S. dropped the atomic bomb on each of these cities, etc.

These things include part of the Catholic Priestly Ministry and Priestly Apostolate of our Catholic Religious Congregation, Cordi-Marian Fathers.

There is nothing hidden in any of the files on any of the webpages. This means that there are NOT any viruses, malware, spyware, trojans, back doors or worms and no changes are made to your registry - this is as safe as it can get under current technology!

This website is owned and operated by Cordi-Marian Fathers as part of the Priestly Ministry and Priestly Apostolate of our Religious Congregation in the spirit of our Holy Father Founder, Archbishop Saint Anthony Mary Claret, who considered communication to be a very important tool in helping people in their own personal Spiritual lives, including their prayer life, as well as the difficult problems and challenges of just surviving everyday life in conjunction with the help one can get from the intercession of various powerful Angels and Saints of God before the throne of the Most Holy Trinity.

Due to the heightened awareness of many people by various public media concerning privacy issues, it is only natural that visitors to our website may be concerned about certain data and/or any and/or all  information, of whatsoever kind, which they might possibly provide to us, as well as how we treat this kind of private information and data.

Therefore, this Privacy Policy sets forth how we deal with these situations and any possible concerns of our visitors, as well as our desire and commitment to every visitor of protecting the privacy of every visitor to this website.  The Privacy Policy of this website may be changed and/or updated periodically from time to time.

Privacy Policy

Cordi-Marian Fathers strongly supports the right to privacy of every visitor to this website.  Lest there be any concerns about this, let it be know to everyone that Cordi-Marian Fathers does NOT transfer, sell, give, distribute, publish, or even disclose, in any way whatsoever, to third parties, any personal data and/or any other personal information concerning any of our visitors, unless such would be required by competent legal and/or lawful authority of whatsoever kind.

For example, historically, Cordi-Marian Fathers has ALWAYS kept all personal data and information, including all mailing list data, whether it be postal, electronic, or of any other kind, 100% - totally - confidential.

This means that it has never been exchanged with, or otherwise shared with, or given to, or sold to third parties. The policy of Cordi-Marian Fathers is that it will continue this extremely confidential privacy policy, both now and in the future.  This is our pledge and committment to every visitor, every donor, and everyone who takes part, in any way, in any or all of our Novenas, Masses, etc.

"Cookies" is a software technology device which automically collects non-personal data.  It is actually a small text file which websites use to help repeat visitors by permitting them faster access to web pages they have accessed on previous visits.  It also compiles generic statistical data of a non-personal nature which help the webmaster determine how to improve website content.

"Cookies" are NOT programs which are transferred onto a visitor's computer system to damage files.  How do "cookies" work?  "Cookies" simply provide every visitor a specialized tag which identifies that visitor to that website.  It has no use and no meaning outside of the website which assigns the "cookie".

Visitors who do NOT want "cookies" to take any information from them can simply set their browser accordingly.  In other words, most internet browsers provide a basic, very simple and easy to use procedure, which, when used, the visitor can choose to either accept or to deny the request to "set a cookie".

"Cookies" are used by Cordi-Marian Fathers soley and only to get generic, non-personal data from its visitors in order to facilitate their visit(s) to our website and to make their visit as trouble-free as technology permits within the limitations of the many different configurations of software, browsers, and personal computer systems and operating programs and even the capabilities of various size personal computer monitors, etc.

In addition, as mentioned above, there is nothing hidden in any of the files on any of the webpages. This means that there are NOT any viruses, malware, spyware, trojans, back doors or worms and no changes are made to your registry and you are free to turn off your "cookies" settings as explained above.

Please note that our system does NOT automatically collect any E-Mail address from any visitor.

Many times visitors have questions about something they find on a web page, or just have a general question.  For the convenience of all of our visitors, we provide an E-Mail address for visitors who have a sincere question to contact us.  But, in order to discourage spammers and those who just want to play games or who are otherwise not sincere and who do not have an honest question, we have various screening devices that we use.

As a result, even vistors who have a sincere, honest question, could possibly receive an automatic "responder" message.  But, IF you receive an automatic "responder" message, please do NOT re-send your E-Mail to us because if you do this, it will just clog the system and thereby slow down our response time to you considerably, as well as slow down the procedures we use to answer all sincere, honest questions.  Please be patient.  We receive large numbers of E-Mails every day.  We answer all sincere E-Mails in the date and time order in which they are received.  Thank you!

Thank You!

Thank you so much for visiting our website!  May the good God, through the intercession of His Holy Angels and Saints, pour out upon you His choicest Blessings, Graces and Favors, and grant all of your petitions for your Masses and/or your Novenas!!!
