an active Cordi-Marian Fathers
Tertiary (Third Order Member)

Requirements to be a Tertiary (Third Order Member)

1)  Must be a Baptized Catholic of any age.
2)  Must be an annual Benefactor of Cordi-Marian

Annual Benefactor Stipend for EACH Benefactor is only $10.00. (U.S. Funds Only Please!)
Because, by definition, an active Tertiary (Third Order Member) is an active Benefactor of a Religious Order or a Religious Congregation, it is necessary to become a Benefactor by sending a minimum annual Benefactor Stipend of only $10.00 for each Benefactor.  Therefore, please make your selection(s) from the following choices:
N.B.  Please mark as many Benefactor boxes as you like. There is only ONE box for EACH ONE BENEFACTOR. For example, IF you mark 3 Benefactor boxes, EACH one person becomes an annual Benefactor of Cordi-Marian Fathers and therefore EACH person automatically becomes a Tertiary (Third Order Member) for a full one year as soon as Cordi-Marian Fathers receives the annual Benefactor Stipend for that person.
