1. Confess;
2. And receive Communion;
3. Recite five decades of the Rosary;
4. And keep me company for fifteen minutes while meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary, with the intention of making reparation to me."
Note that the reception of the Sacrament of Penance may be made eight days before or after the reception of the Sacrament of the Most Holy Eucharist which must be received on each of the Five Consecutive First Saturdays. A sermon, of any length, may take the place of the 15 minutes of meditation on the mysteries of the Rosary. It is well worth the effort involved to make the Five First Saturdays, and do so frequently, because Our Lady promised that she will assist those who do these things at the hour of death with the graces necessary for salvation!
God's Peace Plan From Heaven
Which Mary Gave to the World
at Fatima in 1917
This means that all people must amend their lives, give up their easy lives of sin, ask pardon for their sins, receive the Sacrament of Penance, say some extra prayers for the conversion of sinners, and make reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, so grievously offended by the sins of mankind.
This means:
2) fulfilling our daily duties and responsibilities to the best of our abilities;
3) accepting the responsibilities of our state in life;
4) obeying the Ten Commandments of God.
3. Daily Recitation of the Holy Rosary
of the Blessed Virgin Mary
(This is the 5 decade Rosary.
The full 15 decade Rosary is not necessary
for this requirement, but made be said from personal
devotion.)
By the devout recitation of the Holy Rosary, the Queen of the Holy Rosary has obtained a number of famous victories, e.g. at the Battle of Lepanto in 1571 A.D. when she was victorious over the Mohammadans, a.k.a. Moslem terrorists, a.k.a. Islamic terrorists, who were once more invading Western Europe and trying to conquer all of Western Eurpope on which to impose their blood-thirsty religion of paganism!
4. Consecration to
the Immaculate Heart of Mary
There are two parts to this Consecration.
The first part consists in continually wearing the Brown Scapular of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (except for bathing or showering or swimming). The cloth is preferred and should always be worn over the shoulders because it is the miniature form of the full habit-size Brown Scapular traditionally worn by the members of the Carmelite Order.
The second part consists in the recitation, on these same Five Consecutive First Saturdays, of an Act of Personal Consecration to the Heart of Mary. For your convenience, We offer you the following Consecration:
Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, dwelling pure and holy, cover my soul with thy maternal protection so that being ever faithful to the voice of Jesus, it responds to His love and obeys His Divine Will. I wish, O my Mother, to keep unceasingly before me thy co-redemption in order to live intimately with thy Heart which is totally united to the Heart of thy Divine Son. Fasten me to this Heart by thy own virtues and sorrows. Protect me always. Amen.
5. Making the Five First Saturdays
This devotion consists in:
1. Receiving the Sacrament of Penance within 8 days before or after receiving the Holy Eucharist on Five Consecutive First Saturdays.
2. Receiving the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist on these same Five Consecutive First Saturdays.
3. Saying 5 decades of the Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary on these same Five Consecutive First Saturdays.
4. Meditating for 15 minutes with Our Lady on the mysteries of the Holy Rosary on these same Five Consecutive First Saturdays.
A sermon of whatever length can take the place of this meditation on either one or all of these same Five Consecutive First Saturdays.

Taken During the Actual Miracle of the Sun
On October 13, 1917 the great Miracle of the Sun happened at Fatima, Portugal, when our Blessed Mother appeared for the last time to the 3 children. After the sun began spinning around and giving off different colors of light, it started to plunge towards the earth, evoking panic and screams from the crowd of about 75,000 terrified people. After a short time, the sun returned to its place and everything was normal. But everyone's wet clothing from the earlier drenching rain was dry and clean and in place of the muddy ground was dry ground. This plunging of the sun to earth was a symbol of a nuclear bomb or some wayward space debris like a meteor dropped on Mary's children. But just as Mary protected the 75,000 people at Fatima, so also she will do the same for everyone who fulfills God's Peace Plan she revealed at Fatima! She proved it at Hiroshima when those six Jesuit Priests, whose rectory was only a few blocks from where the atom bomb hit, not only survived (along with their rectory intact!) without any physical injuries of any kind, except for a few minor cuts from flying glass, they did not suffer from radiation poisoning either!
People today want to know where there is a "safe place" to which to move themselves and their family. The reality is that no place is safe because any place on earth can be hit with a nuclear bomb delivered by a missile of some kind. So also, any place on earth can be hit from wayward objects from outer space, whether a meteor, a comet, etc. Ultimately, the only real protection can be found by obeying God, and, especially for Catholics, following God's Peace Plan which Our Lady of Fatima made known in 1917. One of the six Jesuit Priests from Hiroshima who went around the United States giving talks about his experiences claimed that he felt the reason why the six of them were spared was because they were living God's Peace Plan! A word to the wise is sufficient!
